(Property Photography & Videography)

Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of property photography and videography services provided by Industri Media Group (“Industri Media Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided
We provide professional property photography, videography, floorplans, drone services, and related add-ons including virtual staging, de-cluttering, and photoshop enhancements.

2. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is communicated at the time of booking, all prices are supplied on our website and in our updated guide-guide.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Reschedule within 48 hours: 20% of the booking fee applies.

Cancellations: 50% of the booking fee applies.

If a vendor cancels the property listing after the booking, the client remains responsible for full service fees.

4. Revision Rounds

• Standard Package: 1 revision round

• Premium Package: 2 revision rounds

• Luxury Package: 2 revision rounds

• Signature Package: 2 revision rounds

• Photography packages: 1 revision round

Extra revisions: $99 per round

Music Choice for Videography
For property-related videos, if no music is supplied by the client before editing, Industri Media Group will select appropriate music.

Edits are cut to the beat of the music and matched to the BPM (beats per minute).

Once the edit is complete, the music choice cannot be changed.

If a client requests a music change after editing is complete, this will count as a revision round and will extend delivery by an additional 24 hours, on top of the original 72-hour turnaround.

5. Twilight Fees
We operate on an expert model – separate specialists for photo and video.
Twilight fee: $149 per professional booked.

 

• Summer: Jobs from 4:00pm onwards

• Winter: Jobs from 3:00pm onwards

Twilight = “golden hour,” not night photography.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

• Supply accurate booking details including address, property information, and block size.

• Ensure the homeowner/tenant is informed of the booking.

• Fees for de-cluttering, virtual staging, and excess photoshop are charged to the client.

All requests for de-cluttering or excess photoshop changes must be made in writing. If a verbal request is made and completed, the client will be charged for the edits carried out.

7. Floor plan Disclaimer
Floor plans are approximate and not guaranteed to match the original builder’s plans. They are for marketing purposes only and should not be relied upon for construction or compliance use.

8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for final edited materials.

Industri Media Group retains rights to use works for marketing and portfolio purposes.

​

 

9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

 

10. Delivery & Turnaround Times

• Photography: 24 hours (business days) from completion of the shoot. Weekends are excluded.

• Videography Packages: 72 hours (business days) from completion of the shoot. Weekends are excluded.

Please note: Additional revision rounds, virtual staging, extended photoshop, or complex editing requirements may extend turnaround times.

The above delivery times are guidelines, not strict requirements.

11. Photography Package Inclusions

• Standard Package: Up to 3 bedrooms

• Premium Package: Up to 4 bedrooms

• Luxury Package: 5+ bedrooms

Note: Full-sized studies count as a bedroom.

If these packages do not cover the client’s requirements, a custom package can be created to suit their needs.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Queensland law.

 

(Brand Content, Commercials & Events)

​These Terms of Service govern branding, commercial, and event content services provided by Industri Media Group (“Industri Media Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, you agree to these terms.

​

1. Services Provided
We provide branding content, corporate and personal brand media, advertisements, event coverage, and related media production.

 

2. Deposits & Payments

• 50% deposit due 7 days before shoot date (or immediately if booked within 7 days of the scheduled shoot).

• Final balance due 7 days after first delivery.

• Once deliverables are released final payment is due.

Payment is required in full regardless of subjective creative preferences. If the project is completed in line with the agreed brief and scope, changes of mind or dissatisfaction with style/creative direction do not exempt the client from payment obligations.

 

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Reschedules within 7 days: 20% fee of total invoice.

• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% fee of total invoice.

​

 

4. Revisions
All brand shoots include 2 revision rounds.

Extra revisions charged at $99 per video per round.

​

 

5. Intellectual Property & Raw Footage

• Industri Media Group owns all raw footage and creative IP.

• Clients receive a licence to use final deliverables for agreed purposes.

• Raw/original footage may not be cut, altered, or re-spliced.

Raw footage can be purchased for $499 per 30 seconds of footage (licensing rights only).

6. Travel, Equipment & Scope
Travel costs are quoted per project.
Additional equipment hire is quoted separately.
Commercial projects outside “bulk social brand shoots” will be quoted individually.

 

 

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure required approvals, scripts, and briefing materials are provided on time.

• Ensure appropriate access to locations and permissions for filming.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring participants/attendees are aware of filming.

8. Liability
While we take all care in production, Industri Media Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

​

9. Promotional Use
We may use content created for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

​

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Queensland law.
